SCARCE INFORMATION/GOOGLE

In developed countries, it seems people are expected to know many things by themselves, or you just google it. My letting agent responded with the phrase, ‘Google it’ as we asked for a guide to show us how things are wired and worked in our new house, e.g. the alarm system. We are expected to be penalized for making mistakes with little measure put in place to guide against it. Several times, I thought to myself: I WISH THERE WAS SOMEONE HERE THAT I COULD ASK A QUESTION TO AVOID MAKING A MISTAKE?
